Hey, I'm Heidi.

You know that wise, bold, beautiful self that's been buried under years of “shoulds” and second-guessing?

Yeah. She’s still in there.

It’s time to come home—to you.

Hey,
I'm Heidi.

It's time to stop doubting yourself and start living with confidence

I see you second-guessing yourself—even when deep down, you already know.

I see you holding it all together, even when it feels like you're falling apart.

I see how often you press pause on your own needs just to keep the peace.

I see how your own voice has become a whisper.

I see the weight you carry that no one else seems to notice.

I see how tired you are from always being the strong one.

I see the way you miss you—that deeper connection to yourself, to something more—but you’re not sure how to find your way back.

I see the stories that once kept you safe, now quietly keeping you small.

And I see your strength. Your knowing. The real you.
She’s not lost—just waiting for space to breathe.

You get to choose what’s next…

You don't have to carry this burden any longer. I understand deeply because I've walked this path myself.

You long to find your voice again—that real, honest part of you that's been too quiet for too long—to live with the clarity and purpose you know is possible in your heart. You just need a compassionate guide to help you release what's been holding you back and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within you.

I’m a Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnotherapy, and I specialize in helping women let go of what’s been weighing them down, reconnect with who they are, and feel at peace in their own skin.

I walk alongside women who are done holding it all together and are ready for real change—women who want to feel clear, grounded, and fully themselves again.

This work is about helping you reconnect with who you really are underneath the noise. Together, we’ll release the emotional blocks that have been keeping you stuck, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of calm that feels like home.

Because the peace you’ve been looking for? It’s already inside you. I’m just here to help you find your way back to it.

Hey there, I'm Heidi.

My purpose is to help women quiet the noise and start trusting themselves again.

Here Is My Story.

Growing up, I learned early that it felt safer to stay small. I was the “don’t pick me” girl—always trying to blend in. Invisibility felt like protection.

Like many women, my past includes childhood sexual abuse and being raised in a religious environment that, while well-meaning, taught me to stay quiet and disconnected from myself. I found safety in staying busy—school, art, music—but always just under the radar.

I followed the expected path, earned a Biology degree from UT Austin, and thought maybe I’d become a marine biologist or a pediatrician. But deep down, those dreams never fully felt like mine.

Then I became a mom—and something shifted. For the first time, I felt fully alive. I poured myself into raising my kids, and that season of life gave me a deep sense of purpose. It also woke something in me I didn’t even know I had been missing.

What felt like wandering, was taking me exactly where I needed to go.

Years later, a cross-country move to Maryland gave me a fresh start—but also left me feeling a little untethered. With the kids in school and a slower rhythm to our days, I started hearing that quiet inner voice again.

People would open up to me—on park benches, in grocery store lines. I started wondering: maybe this thing I’ve always done naturally… is actually something meaningful?

I began exploring healing work more intentionally, learning from teachers and mentors, and slowly began working with clients—fitting in between life and pickups and dinner. Something real was taking root.

In the space between comfort and courage, I found my vision.

When we moved back to Austin in 2015, I felt ready to fully step into this work. But as soon as I did, the old voices showed up: Who do you think you are? You're not qualified enough. You should stay in your lane.

I realized that stepping forward would mean facing those old stories—about worthiness, safety, and taking up space. It was uncomfortable… and it was also the beginning of something powerful.

Eventually, all the emotional weight I’d been carrying started affecting my health, too. That breaking point became a turning point.

I immersed myself in understanding how trauma affects the brain, how the nervous system holds patterns, and how the unconscious mind stores experiences we can't fully process.

The unraveling was beautiful. And raw, And right on time.

And then, after 20 years, I chose to leave my marriage. It was painful and necessary. The scariest thing I have ever done. I stopped betraying myself to keep things together. I stopped doing the emotional work that was not mine. I chose truth over comfort. That decision changed everything.

There was magic in the decision to come back home to me.

The tools that have helped me heal throughout my life have become the foundation for the work I do now. These aren’t just techniques from a book—I’ve had to live them. I’ve had to unlearn, unravel, and rebuild.

The biggest shift? I learned how to love myself without needing to earn it. I stopped overriding my body. I started listening to my own voice. And I found the clarity I’d been looking for had been within me all along.

Color returned to a world that had been gray for so long.

After my divorce, I found myself back on the dance floor—country dancing, of all things. What started as an escape became a way back to joy, movement, and connection.

Through that community, I met the man who’s now my husband. He’s steady and patient and has given me the space I needed to open my heart to love again. Together, we’ve built a life full of music, travel, family, and the occasional tiny chihuahua tagging along.

We now host dance events, cruises, and competitions—things I never imagined back when I was trying to stay small.

Coming Full Circle

This journey—from quiet survival to unapologetically being me—has shaped how I guide others. The path isn’t always tidy, but it’s real. And it leads back to the parts of us we thought we lost.

Now, I walk with women who feel called to find their way back too. Not to fix themselves—but to remember who they’ve always been.
